Role Description

Join Mercier Consultancy MD as a Freelance Junior Recruiter and take your first step into the recruitment world! We are seeking enthusiastic Dutch speakers who are passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates to match with various client needs.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and fit with company cultures.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to understand job requirements and hiring goals.
• Gain experience with recruitment tools and technologies while learning effective strategies for talent acquisition.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in virtual team meetings to share ideas and learn from experienced recruiters.
• Take advantage of continuous training opportunities to develop your skills in recruitment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; English skills are a plus but not mandatory!
• No prior experience in recruitment is required—just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members in a remote setup.
• A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage tasks effectively in a freelance capacity.
• A collaborative mindset that values teamwork, even in a virtual environment.
• Access to reliable internet and a suitable workspace to facilitate remote work is necessary.

Requirements

• Be able to follow a 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
