[Hiring] Director of Talent Acquisition @YipitData (Alternative)

Role Description

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate our global recruiting function. This role is an opportunity to architect the next phase of Talent Acquisition at YipitData — expanding the team's strong operational strengths into a strategic, metrics-driven, and tech-enabled hiring engine.

You will lead a growing team (currently 5, with plans to expand), partner closely with senior leadership on workforce planning and executive hiring, and build a proactive internal sourcing capability.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone excited to operate at both strategic and operational levels — designing scalable systems while staying close to execution.

We are looking for a leader who thrives in high-growth environments, brings operational rigor, understands how to leverage modern recruiting technology (including AI tools), and builds strong cross-functional partnerships across the business.

This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarters is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle), or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience
• Experience leading recruiting teams in startup and high-growth environments (3+ years in a management capacity)
• Experience hiring across technical (engineering, data analyst), sales/GTM, and finance services roles
• Experience supporting VP/C-level searches
• Experience building and maintaining an internal sourcing function (hands-on agency experience is a plus)
• Worked with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms (highly preferred)
