• Strategically source, engage, and attract high-quality Danish-speaking candidates across diverse industries.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and compatibility with client needs.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, supporting them throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to negotiating offers and onboarding coordination.
• Stay updated on employment trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing techniques.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on recruitment progress and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional, preferably in a freelance or remote role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
• Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
