• Expertly source, engage, and attract exceptional candidates fluent in Croatian across various industries.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate negotiation, and offer management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the management team regarding recruitment progress and market feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally in a freelance capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
• Self-motivated and able to independently manage recruitment projects from start to finish.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to source quality candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing multiple roles simultaneously.
• Adaptable and proactive approach to tackling recruitment challenges and evolving requirements.
