Role Description

Partner and collaborate with our Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and team culture to develop strategic recruiting plans to overcome a wide range of obstacles.

• Source, attract, and engage top-talent using a variety of recruiting tools, platforms, and high-level, creative techniques.
• Conduct interviews and guide candidates through an exceptional recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience from application to first day.
• Use internal and external tools to analyze market trends and data across the country, to bring our hiring leaders quality information resulting in informed decision-making and a true partnership.
• Work closely with HR leadership teams to continuously improve recruiting processes and the candidate experience.

• A team player with strong relationship-building skills to maintain trust and rapport with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Excellent communication abilities to clearly and concisely articulate updates to internal stakeholders and convey job responsibilities to candidates.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to maintain productivity in an unpredictable, ever-changing environment.
• Strategic thinking to manage the day-to-day workload and align recruitment strategies with the organization’s business goals.
• Tech-savviness and experience with a variety of recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, Power BI, job boards, etc.).
• Persistence and resilience to push through challenges, hard-to-fill roles, and candidate defection.
• Data-driven, analytical thinkers who can operate effectively under metrics driven performance expectations.
