[Hiring] Campus Recruiter Lead @Ditto by Finshots

Role Description

You will be responsible for the overall Campus Recruiting for the company which will include:

• Building a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy specifically targeting certain regions of the country.
• Creating a diverse student pipeline to deliver against bold dynamic hiring plans.
• Identifying and maintaining relationships with various campuses.
• Building relationships with students, faculty, and career services.
• Planning and executing the end-to-end process of Campus hiring along with a smooth onboarding experience for the campus hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a campus recruiter: 3 - 5 years .
• Plan & Run the campus events across locations - end to end.
• Good planning and execution skills.
• Excellent networking skills and ability to build a good rapport with multiple campuses.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with travel related to Campus Recruitment drives.
