Role Description

This role involves leading the recruitment efforts at Awardingoods Solutions, focusing on strategic growth and process optimization.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to double internal consultant headcount and external placement volume within [Timeframe].

Qualifications

• 8+ years in staffing/recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or "Lead Recruiter" capacity.
• A proven track record of success in both high-volume staffing and niche, high-stakes Executive Search.
• You thrive in environments where you have the autonomy to change processes and experiment.
• You possess a deep "rolodex" and understand how to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-sourcing tools, and unconventional methods to find the "unfindable" candidate.
