[Hiring] Benefits Coordinator @Quantum Metric

Role Description

Quantum Metric is seeking an experienced Benefits Coordinator to join the People Operations team. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day administration of our U.S. benefits programs.

You’ll handle key areas such as benefits enrollment, employee education, and vendor coordination, helping ensure a smooth and consistent experience across all offerings. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards and contributes to delivering competitive, compliant, and employee-focused benefits programs.

The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of U.S. benefits administration and a strong interest in building a career within Total Rewards.

What you’ll do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our Benefits Programs.
• Develop and administer all of QM’s Benefit packages, including healthcare, dental, vision, wellness programs, and 401(k).
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, brokers, and vendors to keep programs running effectively and address employee needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in Human Resources.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Paylocity a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data management skills; proficiency in Excel is a plus.

Requirements

• Support benefit enrollments, life events, and ongoing administration.
• Maintain benefits data within HRIS and carrier systems.
• Serve as the main point of contact for new hires and employee benefit questions.
• Support the coordination and execution of Benefits Open Enrollment.
• Create and maintain clear employee-facing benefits materials and resources.
• Audit benefits invoices and ensure accuracy across benefit billing and system data.
• Partner with brokers and vendors to maintain strong service and resolve escalations.
• Support wellness initiatives and employee wellbeing programs.
• Assist with the administration of leave of absence processes.
• Ensure compliance with US regulations (ERISA, COBRA, ACA, FMLA).
• Review programs regularly and recommend improvements based on employee feedback and market trends.
