[Hiring] Associate Director HR, Leadership & Organizational Development @Redcare Pharmacy

Role Description

As Associate Director, Development & Culture, you will be a key driver of our organizational growth and people strategy. In this role, you’ll lead on leadership development, succession planning, and cultural integration to enable Redcare’s continuous evolution.

• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and the design of leadership programs that prepare Redcare for the future.
• Lead and develop a team of five direct reports, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Partner closely with the board, HRBPs, and business leaders to align organizational and cultural initiatives with company needs.
• Lead organizational setup and change initiatives, including new team structures, cultural integration following M&A, and long-term strategic planning.
• Act as a change agent, ensuring transparent communication while introducing new strategies and supporting business growth.
• Use data and insights to evaluate offerings, measure impact, and drive continuous improvements in development and culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with the confidence to operate directly at board level.
• Strong track record in organizational development, leadership programs, and cultural integration, ideally in international environments.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, able to balance long-term vision with practical delivery.
• Collaborative style with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven and numbers-oriented, with the ability to evaluate, improve, and demonstrate impact.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and openness to leveraging technology in people processes.
