Role Description

Support and coordinate the company's online administrative affairs to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage the customization of company cultural gifts and merchandise, including design, procurement, distribution, and inventory management.
Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and allocation of company equipment (such as computers, office supplies, etc.).
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including document preparation, system entry, and notifying relevant departments.
Maintain and update employee information in the E-HR system to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
Address employee inquiries, provide answers to HR-related questions, and offer efficient support services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration or HR, with preference given to those familiar with Shared Service Center (SSC) processes.
Proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Basic experience in operating E-HR systems, with preference for those familiar with HRIS systems.
Good English communication skills (both written and verbal), capable of collaborating with a multicultural team.
Attention to detail, patience, strong sense of responsibility, and time management skills.
Excellent communication abilities and team spirit.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is a key requirement; Mandarin is a plus for better collaboration with stakeholders.
