[Hiring] US Tax Accountant @Huzzle

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced US Tax Accountant with expertise in foreign-owned LLC taxation to support international clients with US tax filings, compliance, and strategic tax guidance. This role is ideal for accountants who understand the complexities of foreign-owned disregarded entities, non-resident tax exposure, and US reporting requirements. You will work closely with international founders to ensure accurate filings, IRS compliance, and proper business structuring.

If you have strong experience with Form 5472 filings, non-resident tax compliance, and US LLC taxation, this is an excellent opportunity to work remotely while supporting a fast-growing global client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file Form 5472 with Pro Forma 1120 for foreign-owned single-member LLCs
• Prepare Form 1040-NR filings when required
• Prepare Form 1065 for multi-member LLCs
• File Form 8832, Form 2553, and Form 7004 when applicable
• Ensure clients remain compliant with IRS deadlines and foreign-owned LLC reporting rules
• Support compliance with Wyoming and Delaware state requirements
• Assist clients with BOI / FinCEN reporting
• Advise clients on US Trade or Business (USTB) and Effectively Connected Income (ECI)
• Guide international founders on non-resident tax exposure and proper business structuring
• Help clients avoid permanent establishment risks and maintain compliant operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with US LLC taxation
• Experience preparing Form 5472 filings
• Experience working with foreign-owned disregarded entities
• Experience advising non-US founders or international clients
• Familiarity with eCommerce, SaaS, or digital service businesses
• Understanding of sales tax vs income tax rules
• Knowledge of international tax treaties
• Experience with multi-member foreign-owned LLCs
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books
• Experience with tax preparation software such as Drake, UltraTax, TaxAct, or similar tools
