[Hiring] Treasury Manager @SunStrong Management

Role Description

SunStrong Management is seeking a Treasury Manager to support the company’s ongoing treasury, financing, and cash management activities.

• Oversee daily cash operations, liquidity, and financial risks.
• Manage bank relationships, optimize capital structure, create cash forecasts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Focus on financing SunStrong Management’s pools of solar assets in various banking arrangements.
• Interface with banking partners, allocate assets into multiple open banking facilities, manage constraints and investment objectives.
• Maintain detailed borrowing base models and forecast future capital needs.
• Work with a team of analysts and coordinate with other members of the Finance Team.
• Communicate internally with Executive Leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Interact closely with colleagues on long-term financing transactions related to project assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or master's degree is a plus.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is highly preferred.
• 5 to 7+ years of progressive corporate treasury, banking, or financial management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and treasury management software.
• Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, leadership, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with executive management, colleagues, and external stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; ability to work well under pressure and within short time constraints of a complex, integrated business environment.
• Efficient time-management, self-discipline, and ability to prioritize are essential.
• Work effectively as a team player.
• Think strategically to develop and adapt new processes.
