Role Description

The Treasury Management and Deposit Solutions Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and enhancement of treasury management and deposit products and services for business banking members. This role serves as the liaison between business banking, treasury management, digital, operations, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet member needs, drive deposit and revenue growth, and support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, and/or additional related work experience.
• Five years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, or Product Management.
• Strong knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, positive pay, remote deposit capture, fraud mitigation, cash positioning, and liquidity management solutions.
• Experience working with digital banking platforms and technology delivery teams.

• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to effectively articulate (both written and verbal) product concepts and requirements with members, staff, vendors, federal examiners, and auditors.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and proven project management abilities.
• Must report to work regularly and on time.
• Must be able to work the hours necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
• Must be able to travel in and out of state.
• Must present a professional image.
• Must be bondable.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.
