Role Description
This role is Griffin's essential support to the Treasurer — giving you hands-on ownership of the reporting, cash management, and dealing that keep our treasury function running smoothly. You'll work closely with Michael, stepping in with confidence when he's out, and you'll help shape how we manage liquidity, execute deals, and grow our investment strategy. It's a rare chance to build deep treasury expertise inside a fast-moving, founder-led bank.
What Success Looks Like
-
In your first 6 months you'll have built a genuine understanding of Griffin's business model and how treasury supports it.
-
You'll have taken full ownership of our daily and monthly reporting, sense-checking every output before it goes out.
-
By month 12 you'll have picked up our existing processes with confidence, and started enhancing them.
-
Michael will know he can rely on you, whether he's in the room or not.
To Do This You’ll Own

Daily reporting on liquidity, capital, interest rate risk, and asset encumbrance.
