[Hiring] Strategic Finance Manager @AcuityMD

Role Description

AcuityMD is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join a high-impact Strategic Finance & FP&A team that sits at the center of decision-making. This generalist finance role will involve:

• Working across financial analysis, strategic projects, planning, AI-enabled transformation, business performance, and procurement.
• Tackling high-priority problems across the business.
• Independently driving analytical and cross-functional work-streams while partnering closely with senior Finance and company leaders.

The team mission is to bring financial clarity and strategic discipline to AcuityMD, enabling leadership to make smarter, faster decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Analysis & Business Partnership:
  • Independently tackle high-priority questions across the business.
  • Partner cross-functionally to structure ambiguous problems and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Financial Modeling & Forecasting:
  • Own key areas of forecasting, headcount and spend planning, and financial modeling.
  • Build and improve driver-based models for informed decision-making.
• AI Transformation & Automation:
  • Help build the next generation of Finance infrastructure.
  • Improve data quality and develop AI-enabled workflows.
• Business Performance & Insights:
  • Analyze financial and operational performance and identify key drivers.
  • Define and track metrics and KPIs that matter most to the business.
• Procurement & Spend Optimization:
  • Own and continuously improve procurement processes and tooling.
  • Support vendor evaluations and identify opportunities to reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, Strategic Finance / FP&A, Business Operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and reason from first principles.
• Organized and dependable, comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
• AI- and systems-minded with experience in SQL, BI tools, or data visualization a plus.
• Clear communicator who can adapt the level of detail to the audience.
