Role Description

We are looking for state tax accounting professionals who have experience filing state income tax business returns. Location is not important as all positions work remotely. However, due to increasingly tough labor and tax laws, we only hire in the following states:

• Alabama

• Arkansas
• Indiana
• Kansas
• Kentucky
• Michigan
• Minnesota
• Mississippi
• Missouri
• Oklahoma
• South Carolina
• South Dakota
• Tennessee
• Texas
• Utah
• Virginia
• West Virginia
• Wisconsin
• Wyoming

Qualifications

• At least two years of recent experience filing state income tax returns.
• Minimum of 5 years of state tax return preparation, filing, and payment experience (ideal candidates).
• Experience with tax software is a major plus.
• Experience with other aspects of state tax is a major plus.
• Experience with Payroll or sales tax is a major plus.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced high-volume firm.

Benefits

• Compensation includes a base salary of $40,000 - $50,000 with additional bonuses.
