[Hiring] Staff Accountant @GR8 Deal Two, LLC

Role Description

This position will support a variety of clients by managing day-to-day accounting operations, including:

• Managing the full accounts payable process for multiple clients — including invoice coding, entry, approval workflows, and payments.
• Maintaining vendor records, verifying W-9s, and assisting with 1099 preparation.
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving payment or invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Assisting with posting of bank and credit card transactions.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close.
• Communicating directly with clients and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Collaborating with senior accountants and client managers to improve efficiency and workflow processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to accounts payable and general ledger accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Bill.com, and Corpay (or similar).
• QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience required.
• Must be proficient with all Excel functions, including Pivot tables and VLookups.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Professional and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and client service.
