[Hiring] Staff Accountant @Trader Interactive

Responsibilities

• Review and coding of AP invoices into AP Portal.
• Review and coding of credit card expenses and export to the GL system.
• Manage corporate credit card system, such as following up on old card transactions, delayed approvals, and missing items.
• Assist various departments across the company with corporate credit card system inquiries.
• Maintain the travel and lodging tracker for ESG compliance.
• Provide a summary of expenses by vendor for expense transparency.
• Prepare monthly credit card expense accrual journal entry.
• Prepare monthly accrued expenses journal entry.
• Monthly reconciliation of corporate credit card GL account.
• Assist Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant with other journal entries and reconciliations on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.

Bonus Points

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Corporate expense experience (RAMP highly preferred).
• Dynamics 365 experience.
