Role Description

This role, with a focus on strategic projects, will partner closely with leaders, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to support key initiatives, drive process improvements, and implement new technologies and solutions across multiple brands. • Lead initiatives that enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Billing Organization and collaborate with other business units within Finance Operations.
• Drive billing modernization efforts across all business units by implementing innovative solutions and industry best practices to streamline operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance service delivery.
• Spearhead automation projects to reduce manual processes, ensuring increased accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify program development needs to ensure staff is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration by fostering strong partnerships and communication to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
• Lead and participate in special projects focused on operational excellence to drive strategic initiatives and improve overall performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Billing Modernization team to execute strategic initiatives that support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Effectively negotiate project direction and communicate to a variety of audiences and levels of the organization to ensure alignment with project goals and schedules.
• Support the testing, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of capabilities and other digital solutions.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and senior leaders, provide visibility into project progress, proactively identify challenges, and help drive accountability and successful execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 3-5 years of progressively more responsible related work experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance and quality assurance concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
• Demonstrated skills in the following areas: critical thinking, written/oral/interpersonal communication skills, coaching and feedback, training, planning and organization, big picture thinking.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and mainframe applications.
