Role Description

At Sony Interactive Entertainment, we are passionately committed to redefining the future of Finance. The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation role focuses on hands-on program management (PMO) and organizational change management (OCM) activities for specific Finance transformation projects.

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans.
• Drive day-to-day project progress and coordinate cross-functional teams and resources.
• Design and implement the Finance Target Operating Model and Service Delivery Model.
• Provide expert leadership and guidance to ensure best-in-class Finance transformation methodologies.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 10+ years of progressive experience leading Finance transformation programs, PMO initiatives, or enterprise transformation portfolios.
• Experience designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models (TOM) and Service Delivery Models (SDM).
• Strong expertise in end-to-end Finance process transformation and governance.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled Finance transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management efforts.
• People management experience, including coaching and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience managing external consulting firms or business process outsourcing providers.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively.
• Deep knowledge of Finance operations, accounting principles, and Finance transformation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT governance models.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 and analytics platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Requirements

• Lead the development and execution of complex Finance transformation programs.
• Manage and execute the future-state Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) and Service Delivery Model (SDM).
• Own day-to-day execution of assigned initiatives and develop project plans.
• Serve as a liaison between the Transformation Office and other departments.
• Ensure all project documentation is thorough and up to date.
• Prepare high-quality executive-level dashboards and materials.
• Serve as a primary change agent for your team’s projects.
• Lead and deliver key change activities such as stakeholder impact analyses.
• Organize and lead stakeholder workshops and feedback sessions.
• Develop reinforcement plans to cement new ways of working.
