Role Description

The Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A owns the consolidation of results, forecasts, and planning submissions into a single, accurate enterprise view of the financials. This is a highly visible role for a finance professional who can move beyond reporting to explain performance, challenge assumptions, conduct strategic analysis, improve planning processes, and prepare senior management and Board-ready materials. The role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Finance Leadership Team, Corporate Accounting, and business finance leaders while advancing AI-enabled FP&A capabilities.

• Lead monthly forecasts, the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and 3-year strategic plan, including review of business unit, regional, and functional submissions.
• Consolidate financial submissions into one enterprise view, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
• Partner with Accounting, Business Finance, regions, and functions to understand key business events impacting results.
• Prepare concise variance analysis that explains performance, forecast accuracy, and key drivers.
• Convert consolidated data into clear narratives and outputs for senior management, ELT, and Board review.
• Prepare and improve recurring reporting packages, including monthly operating reviews, Board materials, and KPI scorecards.
• Identify inconsistent assumptions, emerging trends, and forecast risks requiring business partner follow-up.
• Use AI, automation, and process improvements to shorten cycle times, improve reporting quality, and reduce manual effort.
• Manage ad hoc analysis for executive decisions, including scenarios, historical trends, and prior-period recasts.
• Support special projects, including M&A integration, restructuring, P&L restatement, normalization, valuation, ROIC analysis, peer benchmarking, and capital request reviews.
• Operate effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating ownership, proactive communication, and strong cross-functional follow-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 6-8 years of FP&A, data analysis, reporting, or related finance experience.
• Experience consolidating financial results, forecasts, or plans across multiple business units, regions, or functions.
• Strong understanding of P&L structure, financial statements, variance analysis, and FP&A cycles.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to organize complex data into accurate, executive-ready financial outputs.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and communicate actionable insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation development.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; able to work across all levels with limited direction.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and manage deadlines in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Corporate FP&A experience in a global or matrixed organization.
• Experience using AI, automation, reporting tools, or improved data workflows to enhance recurring FP&A processes.
• Oracle EPM / Hyperion, SAP, or similar performance management experience.
• Exposure to M&A, restructuring, valuation, or capital allocation analysis.

Requirements

The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
