Role Description

The Program Success team partners with schools and districts to help educators unlock the full potential of every learner. Through thoughtful use of technology, data, and personalized support, we help teachers and leaders use insights to guide instruction, deepen engagement, and promote equitable learning opportunities. As the Senior Manager of Implementation Success, you are pivotal in ensuring successful program implementations and high quality collaborative relationships with our school partners in New York City.

Your days will be varied with a mix of central support for our team and ownership of school-based relationships where you are the “face” representing Teach to One. With a proactive approach to partnership, you will:

• Anticipate our partners’ needs and address issues before they become problems.
• Foster long-term relationships with our partners.
• Utilize a strategic mindset to identify opportunities for license expansion and improve the quality of implementations within existing partnerships.
• Leverage data to drive engagement and success, ensuring that your accounts are managed with a personalized and effective strategy.

Our team is made up of former teachers, coaches, and education advocates who care deeply about making a lasting impact in classrooms across the country. Candidates must reside in the New York City metro area and be able to travel frequently to schools across all five boroughs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related field.
• Experience working in schools — ideally as a teacher, instructional coach, or school/district support role.
• Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data in ways that are accessible and relevant to educators.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Clear and engaging communicator who can build and maintain relationships with diverse partners.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets (Excel & Sheets), and presentation tools; experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
• Deep commitment to equity, access, and supporting educators in improving student outcomes with a focus on growth for every learner.
• Experience in a partner-facing implementation, customer success, or data coaching role.
• Comfort facilitating data conversations with teachers or administrators.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel frequently across New York City's five boroughs to engage directly with school partners.
• Ability and desire to travel occasionally (up to 10%) to support in-person engagement with partners nationally.

• The hiring salary range for this role is $92,000 - $98,900 and will be commensurate with experience.
