[Hiring] Senior Loan Support Analyst @PNC

Role Description

As a Loan Support Analyst Senior within PNC's Midland organization, you will be responsible for:

• Previous day reconciliations
• Overnight investing
• Disbursement transaction processing (Wire and ACH)
• Audit reporting
• Providing key statistics regarding transaction volume and bank account balances to support management decisions
• Ensuring compliance with loan documents and accurate processing of transactions
• Analyzing and interpreting complex loan agreements
• Resolving non-compliant issues through communication with internal and external parties
• Maintaining accurate loan servicing records
• Supporting onboarding of new loans and transition of paid-off or transferred loans
• Performing collection activities on delinquent accounts
• Reviewing reports to identify exceptions and contribute to risk mitigation efforts

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC.

Requirements

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
