[Hiring] Treasury Analyst @Builders Capital Exchange

Role Description

Builders Capital Exchange is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury & Finance team! You will play a key role in protecting the company’s financial health by:

• Monitoring daily cash balances
• Forecasting future funding needs based on upcoming projects
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with capital partners to manage asset-backed facilities

What You’ll Do:

• Provide ongoing cash management and capital usage analysis including forecasting daily and weekly cash flow
• Assist with capital facility management by preparing transaction requests, reconciling activity, and monitoring facility compliance
• Support loan sales activity through preparing, reviewing, and executing trades as directed
• Maintain internal and external treasury and capital partner reporting
• Use analytical perspective and business acumen to provide insight and generate recommendations on improving business performance
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in treasury management and/or finance industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities with understanding of cash flow concepts and principles
• Strong Excel, data management, and analytical skills are a must
• Experience with Data Visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is a plus
• Intellectual curiosity, positive attitude, motivation to learn and master new skills
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to business leaders, both orally and in writing
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple objectives at any one time
• Willing to assume duties and projects to further the goals of the company

The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
