Role Description

NextStep Recruiting is recruiting for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst for a large, national, private equity-owned manufacturer doing around $1B in revenue across 10 manufacturing and distribution sites. This role can be remote-based, with travel to their Midwest HQ's once per quarter and some travel to manufacturing sites when needed.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field. Advanced degree and certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years of large company manufacturing industry experience.
• Advanced Excel data modeling skills. SQL experience is a plus.
• Strong experience analyzing COGS variances, value creation projects, supply chain/logistic/inventory variables, etc.
