Role Description

In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage advanced systems and tools to deliver insightful analyses, create and optimize financial and productivity reports, and troubleshoot data issues with a solutions-oriented mindset. You’ll collaborate with department managers and senior leadership, providing clear, concise information on revenue, costs, and key financial trends.

You’ll play a key role in the annual budget process, monthly operating reviews, and productivity reporting, supporting major initiatives and special projects. Your expertise in designing, building, and maintaining reporting solutions will be highly valued as you help drive operational excellence at every level.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience.
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of decision support or financial analysis related experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access).
• Thorough knowledge of general accounting principles, cost accounting, and information systems.
• Solid analytical skills that can translate analysis into effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Ability to simultaneously support multiple applications and maintain accountability for timely resolution of specific issues.
• Experience in database queries/management and report writing.
• Ability to collect and analyze complex data; perform workflow analysis and translate outcomes into easy-to-follow conclusions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to exercise considerable individual judgment and initiative in conducting necessary facilitation and resolution of application/system design.
• Ability to prepare and conduct effective presentations; assess priorities and self-time manage through deliverables.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
