[Hiring] Senior Finance Partner @Geisinger

Role Description

The Finance Partner Senior will provide strategic and operational financial support for assigned business units and their respective leadership teams of Geisinger Health. This includes:

• Facilitating operating and capital forecasts
• Long-range financial model
• Business plan financial models
• Monthly operating reviews
• Financial improvement initiatives
• Promotion of financial and operational benchmarking
• Assuring compliance with financial standards and procedures

This role provides leadership within the department by mentoring other Finance Partners and assisting to develop a high performing team. Additionally, this role will serve as a project manager to ensure goal achievement through collaboration and coordination with centralized finance teams and operational partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Minimum of 6 years related work experience (Required)
