[Hiring] Analytics Business Partner @Cribl

Role Description

At Cribl, we're transforming from a flagship-product company into a multi-product powerhouse. As the Analytics Business Partner, you're the person who closes the gap between new products or customers and our existing data, systems, and reporting.

This is a high-impact role for a strategist who thrives on ambiguity and builds order from chaos.

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will:

• Diagnose and Drive the Solution: Define solutions for non-routine business events that don't fit with current tracking or reporting.
• M&A Integration: Own and drive how acquired products and customers fit into existing reporting and data models.
• New Product Launch: Ensure our models, definitions, and reporting can track success metrics post-launch.
• Keep Execution Moving: Sequence tasks across the Data and Analytics team and manage handoffs to avoid duplication or gaps.
• Stand Up the Business Intelligence Council: Establish and run a forum for cross-functional leaders to align on key measures and prioritization.
• Know The Business: Maintain a working picture of how various functions operate and engage the right people for projects.

We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Experience in identifying whether a reporting issue is due to data, process, or model problems.
• Ability to flex communication style as needed for different audiences.
• First-hand experience ensuring data and reporting keep up following an acquisition or new product launch.
• Bonus: experience inside a post-close M&A integration, a new product introduction, or a go-to-market model change.
• Bonus: experience in late-stage B2B SaaS startups (i.e., Series E+) and/or early public B2B SaaS companies (e.g., 3-5k employees).

• Base Salary Range: $190,000 — $255,000 USD.
