  • Research, document, and advise on technical US GAAP accounting positions for new products, complex transactions, and evolving business requirements.
  • Assist in preparation and maintenance of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Identify internal control process improvements and help implement scalable accounting practices.
  • Develop new and enhance existing accounting processes to meet changes in business requirements and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and account for new products and transactions.
  • Identify automation opportunities and lead implementation of associated solutions.
  • Create ad hoc reports and analyses to quickly address issues or questions, and communicate findings to stakeholders to drive corrective action.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc/special projects as needed.

Benefits

  • Tremendous growth opportunities within a global digital asset leader.
  • Competitive total rewards package starting on day one.
  • Generous PTO package to ensure ample time off.
  • Company ownership through shared equity.
