Role Description
The Provider Compensation Analyst provides analysis and design of provider compensation programs. Responsibilities include:

Data gathering and analysis

CPT coding reviews
-
Creation of proformas
-
Report development
-
Provider market analysis
-
Plan modeling for newly hired physicians, acquisitions, and contract renewals
-
Participation as a member of an implementation team for new acquisitions
-
Research on legal compliance, trend analysis, and market surveys on provider pay, production, revenue, coding, and billing
-
Fair market value assessments of provider compensation plans
-
Collaboration with third-party firms for external fair market review process
-
Development of plans to support care strategies, quality and performance objectives, financial goals, and provider development activities
Performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concepts and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area
-
3 years of experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills
Requirements

Experience with Human Resources, Contracting, and Business Intelligence Software (preferred)

Experience with data reporting and analytics tools (preferred)
