[Hiring] Property Accountant @HireLATAM

Role Description

Our client is seeking an experienced, independent Remote Property Accountant with hands-on mastery of Yardi Breeze. This professional will take full ownership of day-to-day accounting across a commercial portfolio — including:

• Tenant receivables
• Recurring billing
• CAM administration
• Vendor payables
• Month-end closes
• Onboarding of new properties and leases

This role is ideal for a self-directed commercial property accountant who can operate autonomously from day one and deliver consistently accurate financials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property accounting experience, including 2+ years in U.S. commercial real estate (office, retail, industrial, storage).
• Hands-on Yardi Breeze experience (or Breeze Premier) managing daily accounting workflows.
• CAM expertise — setup, billing, and reconciliation for NNN and modified gross leases.
• Property onboarding experience within Yardi systems.
• Advanced English for direct communication with U.S. owners, tenants, and vendors.
• Ability to work ~20 hours/week with reliable overlap in U.S. Mountain Time.
• Dedicated remote workspace, updated computer, and reliable high-speed internet.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with Yardi Breeze Premier or Yardi Voyager (preferred).
• Prior remote experience supporting U.S. commercial property management teams (preferred).
