Role Description

As a Private Equity Deal Sourcing Analyst at Mirante Partners, you will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities. You will work closely with our investment team to source and analyze potential deals.

• Research and map industries to identify high potential acquisition targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support deal sourcing activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts and potential partners.
• Manage early-stage communications and track pipeline interactions.
• Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with the investment team to assess the viability of potential deals.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with confidence to interact with U.S.-based professionals.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preference for candidates with international or English-intensive experiences (e.g., exchange programs, work experience, college coursework).
• Experience or interest in sales, finance, consulting, or startups is a plus.
