• Develop, enhance, and maintain actuarial pricing models, reporting tools, and analytical processes that support commercial insurance pricing initiatives.
• Perform pricing, profitability, and rate adequacy analyses to support underwriting strategy and business growth.
• Utilize programming and data analysis skills to improve pricing workflows, automate reporting, and increase operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product management, technology, and actuarial teams to implement pricing methodologies and rating enhancements.
• Analyze portfolio performance, pricing trends, and underwriting results to identify opportunities for improved profitability.
• Prepare reports and present analytical findings to business leaders in a clear and meaningful manner.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of actuarial models while contributing to ongoing process improvements and innovation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property & Casualty pricing actuarial experience.
• Successful completion of multiple Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) examinations is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and other programming or data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve complex analytical problems, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
