[Hiring] Pricing Analyst @Industrious

Role Description

Industrious is looking for a Pricing Analyst in Revenue Management to manage pricing execution for the North America private office portfolio. This role involves:

• Executing accurate, on-schedule pricing changes across roughly 200 price adjustments a month.
• Diagnosing underperforming units or segments through variance analysis and making concrete pricing recommendations.
• Building direct, trusted relationships with General Managers as their first call on pricing.
• Running the renewal process end to end, from sending renewals to recommending pricing based on account and market performance.
• Evaluating the return on past promotional campaigns to shape smarter promotional decisions.
• Keeping pricing platforms, algorithms, and databases configured and accurate as the portfolio grows.
• Documenting pricing logic and decision processes to preserve institutional knowledge.
• Reporting on key revenue metrics, including Price/Seat, Occupancy, and RevPAR, for commercial leadership.

Qualifications

• A track record analyzing data to recommend pricing changes.
• Experience running variance or deep-dive analysis to identify underperforming segments.
• Comfort configuring and maintaining pricing systems, algorithms, or databases.
• Demonstrated ease building relationships with operational stakeholders.
• A background in a dynamic, demand-based pricing environment such as hospitality or subscription-style renewal pricing is a plus.
