Role Description

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced UK personal finance professionals with expertise in banking, wealth management, financial planning, accounting, tax, pensions, and household financial workflows to contribute to advanced AI training and evaluation initiatives.

Selected professionals will:

• Complete realistic UK personal-finance workflows
• Evaluate AI-generated financial guidance
• Interpret financial documentation
• Help refine assessment criteria across areas such as ISAs, pensions, SIPPs, mortgages, savings, and HMRC Self Assessment

No prior AI experience is required; practical UK personal-finance expertise is the primary qualification.

Qualifications

• Formal education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in UK personal finance
• Strong understanding of ISAs, pensions, SIPPs, mortgages, and savings
• Practical familiarity with HMRC Self Assessment
• Background in banking, wealth management, financial advising, financial planning, accountancy, or tax planning
• Experience operating an advisory or tax practice is also relevant
• Current residence in the United Kingdom
• Active UK-based personal or business bank accounts
• Strong ability to review and interpret financial documentation
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex financial topics in accessible language
• Experience developing or applying structured rubrics is advantageous
• Experience reviewing AI or model-generated outputs is advantageous
• Professional credentials such as CFP, DipPFS, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA, or ATT are highly valued
• FCA-authorised IFA experience is highly relevant
• CFA or CTP designations are also advantageous
• No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required

• Compensation: $90–$110/hour
• Current residence in the United Kingdom is required
• Active UK-based personal or business bank accounts are required
• Work will involve household financial workflows, document review, AI-output evaluation, and rubric development
• Assignments may cover ISAs, pensions, SIPPs, mortgages, savings, and HMRC Self Assessment
• Secure connection of UK bank accounts may be required for approved workflow tasks
• Personally identifiable information must be redacted before any material is used downstream
• Contributors should remain current with UK personal-tax, pension, and savings regulations relevant to assigned work
• Project scope, evaluation criteria, and financial scenarios may evolve depending on project requirements
• Work must be completed without using confidential, proprietary, client-specific, account-identifying, or otherwise restricted financial information belonging to any employer, financial institution, client, or other third party
