Role Description

Resolve technical problems, manage tickets, product service requests and perform needed configuration updates. Interact with customer process consultants and SME's, perform root cause analysis where required and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within the United States.
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS technologies with implementation experience.
• Interacting with users, setting up AP/AR/GL/CM/FA modules, analyzing processes, testing.

Requirements

• Strong financial skills with degrees in CA, CPA.
• Working knowledge of PL/SQL, Batch processes, BI Publisher, WF to understand technical components.
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
