Role Description

As a Manager- Transaction Advisory Services, you will:

• Manage engagements ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead quality of earnings (QoE) preparation.
• Assess market trends impacting cash flow & financial analytics.
• Play an integral part in client meetings to gather required information for deal valuations.
• Lead & develop associates.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Work closely with practice leadership for overall practice improvements & growth.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor or Masters Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• A CPA or CVA.
• 4-5 years of public accounting or consulting experience from a national professional services firm.
• Transaction advisory or related accounting experience.
• Experience with direct client management.
• A strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• The capability of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment either independently or within a team dynamic.
