[Hiring] Incentive Compensation Manager @Movable Ink

Role Description

As an Incentive Compensation Manager, you will own the day-to-day administration, governance, analysis, and continuous improvement of Movable Ink's incentive compensation programs. This is an individual contributor role with significant functional ownership and cross-functional visibility.

• Ensure incentive compensation programs are executed accurately and on time.
• Help evolve processes, systems, controls, and analyses that support incentive compensation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on incentive compensation.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Accounting, People, and Business Systems.
• Manage complex compensation cycles independently.
• Identify and resolve issues, model potential plan changes, and translate compensation strategy into executable processes.
• Continuously improve how the function operates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in incentive compensation, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a related function, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience administering variable compensation programs.
• Demonstrated experience owning recurring incentive compensation processes end-to-end.
• Experience supporting the design, modeling, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation plans.
• Experience with incentive compensation management software (CaptivateIQ strongly preferred) and CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce).
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including complex calculations and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and compensation controls expertise.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate complex compensation concepts clearly.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills.

Requirements

• Own the end-to-end administration of monthly and quarterly variable compensation.
• Partner on the design and implementation of new and revised incentive compensation programs.
• Build and maintain scalable reporting for plan participants and leadership.
• Serve as the primary owner of compensation questions and issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of the incentive compensation operating model.

Benefits

• Base pay range: $95,000-$125,000/year.
