Role Description

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong bookkeeping skills? We’re looking for a Home-Based Bookkeeper to support our U.S.-based client in the business consulting and services industry. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring projects, and supporting the accounting team with critical reporting. If you are highly organized, accurate, and thrive in a remote work environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in bookkeeping, general accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.

Requirements

• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Accuracy in all bookkeeping and reporting tasks.
• Effective English written and verbal communication with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent understanding of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Flexible and able to handle varied daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, reporting).
• Ability to prepare, review, and interpret financial statements.
• Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
