[Hiring] Senior Bookkeeper @Outforce

Role Description

Own the day-to-day finance operation: AP, AR, the accounts inbox, channel postings and reconciliations in Xero, through to month-end, management accounts and VAT. The role prepares and processes payment release, statutory filings including VAT returns, and anything above delegated limits stays with an authorised reviewer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in bookkeeping or accounting, with at least 2 years supporting UK businesses
• Qualification such as AAT Level 4, part-qualified ACCA or CIMA, or Philippine CPA
• Xero Advisor certification

Requirements

• Has owned AP and AR end to end in Xero
• UK VAT and Making Tax Digital experience
• Has run a month-end close independently
• Strong Excel or Sheets skills: lookups, pivots, reconciliations
• Works independently on UK hours, with clear written English
