[Hiring] Home-Based AR Credit & Collections @DCX

Role Description

We are looking for a Home-Based AR Credit & Collections to join a well-established U.S.-based supplier in the promotional products industry. In this role, you will manage assigned customer accounts from credit approval through payment, handling collections calls, payment processing, account adjustments, reconciliations, and credit hold releases. You will play a key role in keeping receivables healthy and cash flowing, while maintaining strong, professional relationships with commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent; 3–5 years of credit and collections experience with strong negotiation skills with commercial accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Proficient with databases and accounting software.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to listen to customer needs.
• Creative, self-disciplined, and able to identify and complete critical tasks independently with a sense of urgency.
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
