[Hiring] Head of Finance and Revenue Operations @MyWellbeing

Role Description

The ideal candidate for this Head of Finance and Rev Ops opportunity has investment banking, consulting, or financial analyst experience and can build for major scale. You must be comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment and be able to wear both strategy and execution hats.

• Manage payment processing for multiple thousand client transactions
• Manage Friendly PC consolidated P&L
• Forecast company-wide budgets and adjust with agility as we gain additional data and insight
• Audit, analyze, and improve financial projections
• Lead investor funnel creation and research prospective investor partners for strong fit
• Lead investment data room and diligence processing
• Analyze active performance against projections and strategize and adjust as needed
• Perform data analyses and use those insights to develop strategies and tactics to scale and optimize the business across key functions
• Collaborate with Founder/CEO on KPI setting and management across the org
• Collaborate with Head of Operations to:
• Track and optimize reimbursement rates from payer partners
• Ensure flawless payroll and payment distribution for all employees and contractors
• Strategize pricing operations for accessibility programs for clients in financial need (501c3, sliding scale)
• Ensure smooth reimbursement retrieval from payer partners
• Identify strategic technology and business partners to further streamline and facilitate efficient finance and revenue processes at scale
• Bonus: create, manage, and negotiate partnerships with payers

Qualifications

• Investment banking, consulting, or financial analyst experience
• Ability to build for major scale
