Role Description

Responsible for leading teams and working with clients to strengthen their financial management processes, internal controls, and execute business process re-engineering.

• Conduct risks assessments.
• Integrate data management, analysis, and visualization capabilities with the accounting and financial processes.
• Create continuous audit readiness and fraud prevention.

Qualifications

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ten (10) + minimum years of financial management experience.
• Strong communications acumen in support of client engagement and briefing client senior executives.
• Experience translating policy and standards into programmatic actions and project delivery.

Requirements

• Direct experience with the Department of War financial improvement and audit readiness (FIAR) engagements.
• Experience with non-appropriated funds.
