Role Description
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters.

Develop realistic, multi-step finance and business process prompts that mirror actual industry workflows.

Create detailed, objective rubrics to assess the quality, accuracy, and completeness of AI-generated outputs.

Review and evaluate AI agent responses using your rubrics, providing structured, actionable feedback.

Leverage Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) to design and review tasks reflective of modern financial practices.

Ensure all assessments and feedback are documented with clarity and precision in written English.

Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators to align on deliverable standards and expectations.
Qualifications

Professional background in finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, consulting, or related fields.

Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, for analytical and documentation purposes.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.

Demonstrated attention to detail and consistency in following comprehensive evaluation guidelines.

Ability to independently produce objective, structured assessments against well-defined criteria.

Nice to have: experience in rubric development, data annotation, or AI model evaluation projects.
