Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced finance professional to join a growing international healthcare business, working remotely from South Africa while supporting its UK operations. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll operate as a key member of the finance function and trusted second-in-command. You’ll take ownership across:

• Management accounts
• Financial control
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow
• Commercial analysis
• Performance reporting

You’ll work closely with operational stakeholders across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an SME environment where finance goes beyond simply producing the numbers. You’ll have the autonomy to:

• Make decisions
• Improve processes
• Leverage technology and automation
• Use financial information to influence commercial and operational performance

Qualifications

• CIMA/CGMA, ACCA or CA(SA) qualification
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience
• Previous experience working with UK businesses or UK entities
• Strong Xero experience
• SME, multi-entity or similarly hands-on industry experience
