[Hiring] Finance Specialist @Hitachi

Role Description

In this role you will be responsible for:

• B2Bs contract management
• Settlement of business trips for contractors
• Month-end closing activities
• Providing support for various requests/inquiries related to collaboration with B2Bs
• Service procurement-related activities
• Data preparation for audits, if needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Purchasing/Finance, preferably in a shared service organization
• Very good command of the English language (written and oral communication)
• Willingness to take initiative and proactive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-suite
• Both teamwork and individual work skills
• Attention to detail
• Maintain a high level of cooperation and good relations with all internal stakeholders
• Able to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
• Ability to maintain a professional, courteous demeanor in challenging circumstances
• Knowledge of Oracle system would be an advantage
