Role Description

• Daily bookkeeping - manage and maintain financial records and spreadsheets.
• Track and reconcile incoming and outgoing payments.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
• Monitor expenses, timesheet tracking, reimbursements, and outstanding payments.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and P&L preparation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.
• Perform general finance and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Preferred - experience with accounting software.
• Preferred - experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.
