Role Description

We are seeking experienced Finance Domain Experts to collaborate with AI and Engineering teams in developing and evaluating AI/LLM-powered financial workflows. This role involves:

• Creating evaluation frameworks
• Defining financial research workflows
• Curating high-quality financial data
• Providing expert feedback to improve AI model performance

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following domains:
• Investment Banking
• Private Equity
• Asset Management
• Equity Research
• Strong experience with financial modeling, valuation, market research, due diligence, or portfolio management
• Experience working with AI/LLM-based financial applications, fintech products, or AI-driven workflows is highly preferred
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, data annotation, evaluation rubrics, and LLM quality assessment is a strong plus
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
