Role Description

Shape the financial future of a leading criminal justice charity. You'll manage purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit card operations, and staff expenses systems in a role designed for growth and development.

• Responsible for Pact's purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit card management, and maintaining the staff expenses app "WebExpenses".
• Work closely with budget holders and external stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and banks.
• Help maintain Pact's finances and develop financial systems.
• Contribute to the Finance Team's aim to provide a 5-star service.
• Ensure delivery of high quality, cost-effective, and responsive services grounded in Pact's charitable mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

• This post is subject to a 20-week probationary period.
• Verification of identity and proven right to work in the UK.
• Satisfactory references from previous employers covering a 3-year period.
• Declaration of any unspent criminal convictions (and where appropriate a satisfactory risk assessment).
• Prison Vetting and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
• Being bankrupt or having County Court Judgements may affect your ability to be successfully vetted to work in a prison.
• A certificate of good conduct from the Police Force of the country of residence if you have resided overseas for a period of over 12 months (in the past 10 years while aged 18 or over).
