[Hiring] Finance and Insurance Consultant @Eagers Automotive

Role Description

As a Remote Finance Consultant, you’ll follow up sales and finance enquiries, build rapport over the phone and guide customers through finance pre-approval before they visit our dealerships. You’ll also provide remote support to our Finance & Insurance Managers during periods of high demand, leave coverage and peak trading times.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up sales and finance enquiries promptly, converting interest into applications.
• Build trust over the phone, understand customer needs and explain suitable finance options.
• Guide customers through applications and lender requirements towards pre-approval.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate customer records.
• Work with dealership teams and lenders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Provide remote finance support and leave coverage across our dealership network.
• Achieve performance targets while maintaining high standards of service, responsible lending and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, lending or sales and exceptional phone skills are essential.
• Backgrounds in automotive finance, banking, mortgage broking and consultative sales are welcome.

Requirements

• Confidence building rapport, handling objections and converting enquiries into applications.
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and confidence using multiple systems.
• The discipline to work independently from home while staying connected to our dealerships, finance team and lenders.
